Punto y Raya Short Film Festival presented by Aurora Picture Show

Location: Richmond Hall, 1500 Richmond Ave.
Times: 11AM – 4PM (with intermission at 2PM for SWAMP screening)

Aurora Picture Show will host a looped installation screening of Punto y Raya, a Spanish festival of short films that go back to basics with films inspired by dots and lines.  This festival, which has earned the title of “most abstract in the world”, explores the creative possibilities of dots and lines in various spheres of science, art and thought. No figuration, just dots and lines as ends in themselves!

This screening will take place in Richmond Hall, home of Dan Flavin’s installation.  A brief screening  by the Southwest Alternate Media Project will be at 2PM.
